01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Asylum Knowledge Vault (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by C-Life and Partners. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Description of Service

Asylum Knowledge Vault is an AI-powered content and knowledge engine that ingests curated educational materials, generates content through AI personas, and distributes that content across digital platforms. Our service includes:

• Access to AI-generated content based on a curated book library
• A knowledge query system (Ask the Vault) powered by retrieval-augmented generation
• Content distributed across social media platforms via automated workflows
• Membership access to premium content, community, and educational resources

The service is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. Content covers topics related to emotional intelligence, relationships, psychology, personal development, and lifestyle.

03 User Accounts and Access

Access to certain features requires account registration via magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

• You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not transfer your account to any other person
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion

04 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell AI-generated content without authorization
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Use the service to generate, distribute, or promote illegal content
• Impersonate any persona, brand, or individual associated with the platform

05 Intellectual Property

All content generated by Asylum Knowledge Vault’s AI systems — including written content, persona voices, and brand identities (Black Mamba, Iceberg, The Doctor) — is owned by or licensed to C-Life and Partners.

The underlying book library used for AI training and retrieval consists of third-party published works. We do not claim ownership of source materials. Use of our platform does not grant you rights to those underlying works.

You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the platform, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with providing the service.

06 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI system is provided for educational, entertainment, and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice — legal, medical, psychological, or financial. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

AI-generated content may reflect biases present in source material. Always exercise independent judgment when applying any content from our platform to real-life situations.

07 Membership and Payments

Certain features of the platform may require a paid membership. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

08 Third-Party Platforms

Our content is distributed across third-party platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, Bluesky, Reddit, YouTube, and Telegram. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of these platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asylum Knowledge Vault and C-Life and Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if no payment was made.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
